SUMMARY:LFA South Carolina Community Partner Orangeburg Walk To End Lupus Now Event
DESCRIPTION:The Annual LFA South Carolina Community Partner Orangeburg Walk to End Lupus Now event is seeking donations to support our cause. The profits obtained from donations and contributions will be used locally to support our efforts to help improve the quality of life of people affected by lupus through support groups\, education\, advocacy\, and awareness in the state of South Carolina.  This year’s 3-mile Walk for a Cure will be held on Saturday\, May 28\, 2018 at the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg\, South Carolina. Walk activities will begin at 8:30AM\, with onsite registration at 8:00AM.  Closing ceremony will be held at 11:30AM. \nYour participation will do so much to help support those diagnosed with lupus and their families in our community. \nThe event activities will feature local vendors (vendor spaces still available)\, Face painting\, games and activities for children. All levels of sponsorship are needed and welcomed. Sponsors will also be acknowledged on our website and Facebook page. \nWhether you contribute to the Walk to End Lupus Now with a donation of water for our walkers\, gift certificates\, or  other in-kind support\, we hope that you will take this opportunity to invest in your community! \nIndividual walker registration fee is $20 (on­-site.) All individual participants are asked to submit a registration  form and fee.  The individual that collects the most pledges will be honored at the closing ceremony. \nWe are counting on your support for the LFA South Carolina Community Partner Walk To End Lupus Now! \nPLEASE NOTE: ALL T-SHIRT ORDERS MUST BE MADE ONLINE! LIMITED T-SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ON-SITE REGISTERED WALKERS. RESERVE YOUR T-SHIRT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A T-SHIRT AT THE WALK!  \nParticipation Levels: \nIndividual Registration: Fee of $20 (on-site)  All individual participants are asked to submit a registration fee. The individual that collects the most pledges will be honored at the closing ceremony. \nTeam Registration: Groups of 5 register as a team. This is a $35 fee which includes 1 t-shirt for team captain. Team name must be clearly written on registrations. All teams will be posted on our website and will also be recognized at the closing ceremony. EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST PAY FOR AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION. \nSponsorship Levels: \nGold Sponsor: Minimum of $500. As a gold sponsor your company name will be posted on the LFA South Carolina Community Partner Walk To End Lupus web site as a top sponsor and special mention will be made of your company in all print media & community correspondence\, and be acknowledged at the closing ceremony. \nSilver Sponsor: Minimum donation of $300. Minimum donation of $300. As a silver sponsor your company name will be posted on the site\, and be acknowledged at the closing ceremony. \nBronze Sponsor: Minimum of $150.  Minimum of $150. As a bronze sponsor you will have your company name will be posted on our site. \nWe are counting on your support for the Orangeburg Walk to End Lupus Now event!
